If you have a return, simply e-mail us at nisupply@gmail.com or call us at 310.748.6858 and let us know what you are experiencing. If we can't solve your problem we will arrange for a replacement part or product. If you mail you a replacement unit, we will also send you a pre-paid return envelope.
Warranties: Items are warrantied by listing (1 year, 3 years, 10 years, etc) and we stand behind our products. We have been in business since 2001, so we will be around if you need us!
Refunds: If you need to return your order, each item comes with a 60 day no hassle return. Just send it back and we will refund your payment. If you order bulk lots, please know that you will not receive the S&H back. Please order a unit prior to ordering in bulk to be sure that all is to your liking.
